Massage
Vanessa Trupp, RN, LMT, HHP

Vanessa is a registered nurse and has over 20 years of bodywork experience. Her European background and training allow her to intuitively combine various massage therapy techniques like Swedish massage, shiatsu, neuromuscular therapy, and craniosacral therapy for highly individualized treatments.

Vanessa’s practice is based on the belief that massage therapy helps provide a roadmap of stress in one’s body; once one is aware of where stress lodges in his/her body, the individual can begin to target specific points of tension to loosen and soothe it.

“My passion is to help others develop more awareness about what they need to do to maintain a healthy, balanced life that results in greater well-being.” – Vanessa
