Who Should I see?

A variety of factors contribute to practitioner-patient pairing. We recommend you take a look at our staff pages and take a look. If you feel compelled to see one practitioner over another, this is important. You can also call the clinic manager at 303-320-1530 to discuss further and receive a recommendation.

Where Can I park?

We have a small parking garage connected to our building, underneath the Mauve Salon. Otherwise, street parking is available. We recommend arriving with enough time to find parking.

Do you take insurance?

While we don’t accept any insurance, we can always provide a super bill. A super bill is a type of receipt that includes all the necessary codes and information for your insurance to reimburse you for your treatment with us.

How can I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Also, have a small meal before your appointment to ensure that you are not hungry or overly full. If you have any bloodwork, scans, or medical records that you would like the practitioner to review, you are welcome to bring these with you, or email them to geninfo@truemindcenter.com. Please drink plenty of water before and after your appointment as hydration is key for acupuncture.

Can i Bring Someone with me?

Yes. We request that our patient makes the decision of who will join them in the evaluation or in treatment. It is against our policy for a guest to be present with a patient who does not explicitly request them to be there.

For patients under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian is present for the initial evaluation.
